Support affadivit

Hi Everybody,

I want to know what kind of Support Affadivit(for my wife and Kids) i need to submit along with i140/485(concurrent).Is it form I134 or I-864. Can somebody clear this. I know they should be notorized.

Snce your case is employment based, you will need only I-134.
