I entered the U.S as a K1-visa holder, and am sending in the application for AOS hopefully this Friday. In the information sheet it says that a K1-visa holder who has had there medical exam within the last yr ( required to get the k1 approved) I only have to send in the Supplemental form. Do I need to see one of the physicians here in the U.S in order to have the supplemental form accepted by the INS or can I send in the vaccination record I received for the K1? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank-You...
