No need of changing the address. only thing which you can mention when you go to interview mention your new address where you want to recieve your plastic cards in part 11. so dont worry about this, its not at all a issue. dont inform to consulate about this as they wont care if you inform also.

However, you need to inform the INS about your move with a form AR-11.
Go to http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm to get the form to report the change of address of an alien in the United States.
The completed form should be mailed to:
US Department of Justice
Immigration and Naturalization Service
HQ REC
ULLICO 3rd Floor
Washington, DC 20536
