My case was reviewed on Nov 1st and a letter was sent to the petitioner since NVC had not received certain forms from the petitioner. The petitioner sent the requested papers and the first time I checked with NVC for the correctness of the forms they said it was correct and that they will proceed with the review in 10 days. When I checked again after 10 days they told me that they are waiting for the papers from the petitoner.
What can I do in this situation. Will the NVC send a letter again to the petitioner for the forms? Are the people to whom we talk are the people who work on the file or they just get some information and pass it to us? I read in a forum that NVC delays the process of people who call them often. Is it true?
