I am a physician from another country. I am currently working in the pharmaceutical industry in a managerial position in NJ on a H1-B. I am not licensed to practice medicine in the US. I have completed graduate school in the US (Business Admin). My question is this? Is there anything I could do to shorten my labor certification process for a GC or eliminate it completely. One of the reasons I ask this question is because the duration for LC in NJ is 18 months RIR or not.
