I-140 is taking a long time for approval specially at VSC . I have a suggestion . With DHS ( HomeLand Security ) taking over INS from 1st march . What we can do is write them an email about slow processing I-140 at VSC . I know this may not impact directly but if they see a lot of emails for slow I-140 processing who knows that may click to some good officer ( Sr Mangement ) in DHS .
