Suggestion required!

Hi, I have filed I-140/485 through company A using sub labor. But i work currently for company B. And i completed my 6 yrs recently and i got new H1B 1 yr. extn. based on my pending LC (RIR) from company B.
Now, my RIR case is moved back to Non-RIR and my company B is not willing place an Ad and continue my process for supporting Non-RIR. My attorney suggests to abort the LC processing for company B and continue to work for H1B until it expires on company B and then use EAD thereafter.
Will there be any problem working on H1B with withdrawal of my LC from company B ? My H1B approval was based on my pending LC from company B.
 
If you fear working on the H1B extension obtained due to the fact that your LC is pending, you could as well use the EAD now which was obtained out of your 485 pending with Company 'A'.
