suggestion needed on opt-H1

hi, i m on OPT. can i start my own small business while i am on OPT and can sponsor myself for H-1?
suggestions needed.

You can start a business on OPT but cannot sponsor yourself under H1 in that business.

A sponsor, someone not yourself who runs a genuine business and has a need to hire someone qualified and cannot find a US person for that job. You can work FOR someone with your OPT permit or once you get H1 sponsorship.
