suggest job for labour certification

I am on H-1B visa in US. My Visa is upto August 2005.
I am working with Computer Software company, I had tried to get GC thru labour thru my current employer but he is not willing to help me.

My Uncle is having a business whose yearly turnover is around 1.45 million dollars.
He is willing to file Labour Certification for me. He owns some liquor stores.
Since I am working in different field than my uncle's business, What kind of Job Will be needed to create to file for Labour Certification for me...?

My Uncle is having some computerised Registers in his store.
He is also Using Computers for feeding Inventory Data.
Is it possible to show some computer related job in his business.
What are the chances of getting labour approved..?

Please show me the right way by which I can get my Labour Approved.

What are the factors that the Immigration considers when approving labour certification.

Yes. Many have done it in past.

There is no simple answer to this question. It all depends upon employer justification to DOL regarding proposed job offer.

What are the factors that the Immigration considers when approving labour certification.

a) Legitimate job opening
b) Employer ability and willingness to pay prevailing wage.
c) Unavailability of qualified and willing US worker.
