Hi Gurus,
I am working for a company based in New Hampshire and the same company
applied for my GC. But my client located in Texas, hence residing in Texas
since beginning of my GC processing.
Labor approved from NH in June, 2004 and Applied for I140/485/EAD/AP/G325
(Biographic Info) in August, 2004 at VSC. Got the EAD/AP approved in Sep,
2004.
I have used my Texas address in all the applications and Address didn't change till now and working at the same client site.
My Question here is that:
1. Now, I have got a good contract in California with different client. I want
to work thru the same employer. I am not changing the employer.
Another thing i want to mention that: I don't have a problem with current
contract also. It will continue for another 1 year or so.
(a) Only thing is that, if i move to California, my residence address will
change. Will that affect my GC processing in anyway.?
(b) Do i need to fill any applications and send it to GC processing center
(VSC) apart from sending AR-11 (Address change) to INS?
(c) What happens to my FP form (G325)? Will they send it to District office
near the new residence location?
2. or Is it better to maintain the same contract and same residential location
what is mentioned in all applications till the GC approval?
or Is it 100% safe to change the residence address?
Thank You somuch for your time in advance. Waiting for your suggestions...
