After a long struggle and several followups USCIS approved my case. But apparently my suffering through the hands of USCIS is not yet over. My case was initially denied and later reopened on MOTIC and finally approved. My Green Card is now stuck for priniting because as per USCIS my case has 2 files A file which is at Washington DC office and F file which is at National records Center. They can't order the card to be printed unless they get both the files together at one place.
Is it possible to correspond with National Records Center on this directly or is this like a black box on which we can't status update?
Please suggest me if I can do something from my end to get the f file from National Record Center to Washington DC office.
