I'm thinking of sueing my employer
for back wages in the order of $25k 
. The Employer is located in NJ. I have read in some forum that courts in NJ unlike in california usually side with the Employer 
. Do any off you know any precedence in such a case. Can you please provide me a link for any case history if you come accross one.
