I'm in a situation that my existing co is outsourcing(not an acquisition) me to a new co. The new co will assume all the liabilities, responsibilities and my job will be the same(including title) in the same location. Currently on 6th year of H1b with Labor and I140 approved.
So, is it possible to get successor in interest argument filed for my situation ?
If not how I can protect my current I-140 approval or PD ?
