My wife and I had our interview in London with no problems.

Our interview was at 8.00am on January 30th. We got there at 7.30 and lined up. We were third in line. The gates opened at 8.00am. We went through security and handed our letter in at booth 2. We took a seat and about 5 minutes later we were called to booth 3. They asked for passports, original birth certificates, marriage certificate, form 9003. They also wanted a job offer for myself. Once that was checked were asked to take a seat.

A few minutes later we were called to booth 6. The american guy was very nice and joked with us (no oath was taken). He told us as long as medical was good visa will be issued. Went to do the medical and came back to embassy at noon. Waited for 10 minutes and called to booth 3. Asked to pay issuance fee. That was it!! Still in London. Will be back on Saturday

congratulations..........it must be a relief

Good to hear, everything went well. I was hoping to do CP in LOndon, but with my I-140 still pending and talk of my company being sold, I\'m not so sure. Are you aware of any problems when the employers name changes, but location and position remains the same?
My attroney, never wanted me to go cp route, but I made him select thet option on my I140 form, so he keeps telling me of the negatives of flying out of the country, and possible terrorist attacks at the embassies.
Any advice would be helpful.

Congrats in London

Congratulations. What questions were you asked by the English person before the american guy at the embassy?

What is the specific format of the employment letter that you gave them? I will like my employer to write mine the same way since I will having my interview in London soon.

Any other questions asked at the embassy?

Your help is appreciated.

No Title

I wasn\'t asked for any questions by English guy. They just wanted all the documents (not in any order). It is really not a big issue.

The american was very nice too. He joked with me and my wife.

My employment letter was the standard one as seen in many posts.
