hello everyone,
I came back from USA on September 1st and my interview was on November 27th. case # 2007AF8***
At the embassy I was called at 1st window and submitted all the documents listed and job offer letter from US Marine Corp.
Then I paid 755 $ and waited 40 minutes and called me for interview but finger print machine was not working so I was told to come next day.
Next day I went there and there was different officer and he asked me about my education and what did I do after my education.
I am very thankful that this is approved because I was afraid about my overstay (16 months) after expired OPT. He asked me what status I was in when working there at university as dishwasher, I told him I was on OPT.
Then he asked me about what am I going to do in USA. I told him I want to become machinist or aircraft mechanic in USMC. He said good for you and they can use you.
He did not ask me about my I-134. my friend wrote his income of 15000 $
After that he told me sign the application and he signed on top. Then finally he took my finger print and asked me to come back after 2 days to pick up passport and all the documents.
Thank you and good luck to everyone.
