Successful CP done Dec 26th - Mumbai POE Questions???

Friends:
As mentioned in my previous post, I sucessfully cleared my CP. Thanks to you all.

I need your help with the following

Is following the list of documents I need with me at the POE
- The package the consulate gave me
- My passport. There is nothing stamped in the passport
- The XRays from the hospital

Is that it or I need anything else. Please help

X Rays are not necessary (keep it as souvenir)

Make copy of visible IV form. DO NOT OPEN THE PACKET.
Make sure all personal info is correct, e.g. spelling and home address where plastic will be sent to.
Make sure entry date is correct and clear.
Make sure every immigrant\'s A# (the long number after "IV" on the Immigrant Visa form) is correct and clear.
Make sure expiry date is clear.

What is the difference between the two numbers and how do I check the validity of the two.

Also they have made a spelling error on my address line, will the officer at POE be able to change it
