I\'ve tried to put my experience with as much detail as possible if you need any more info please let me know.

1. Reached delhi on the night of 19th jan( klm 1025 usd). Wife called cosulate and was able to
have cons resched our interview from 30 jan to 24.
Went to hotel janpath, I was able to book a room via net.
It costs 1999/ night
20th took a break on
21st morning 9am reached to dr jain with photos and vaccination records he made us wait for 2
hours and meanwhile his assistent collected information eg:
sight/hearing/hospitalization/rcrds/illness h
Dr jain took blood sample and gave us address of khurana xray,
X ray is pretty close to jain and x ray did not take more than 25 minutes, x ray guy sends the
report to jain directly. X ray takes 200 per person.
Jain takes 1000 per person.
In the afternoon went to rangoon studio on janpath and got the immigration style photographs, it
costs 300 Rs.Went back tojain at 5:30pm and got the sealed report. Dr\'s Assistent said
everything is fine.
22/23 relaxed in delhi(as it was a trip I was waiting for a long time) and arranged the paper
work for 24th interview.
On 24th morning reached cons at 7:45am. It opened at 8:30 and we were in by 9am. 9:15 officer
asked us to come to the window 15 and sign 230 part 2 and gave us invoice for visa processing
and he asked us to go to the cashier. Deposited the reqd amt (immihelp.com has the amt needed,so
either go to bank and get the draft or carry usd, delhi consulate accepts usd) and were asked to
wait for interview. Around 10am we were called for interview and were asked for following
documents:
1 230 1 and 2
2 employment letter
3 birth cert and copy
4 marrige cert and copy
5 9003
6 134
7 pcc
8 medical report
No questions asked except were asked us to comeback at 4:30.
At 4:30 there were 30 ppl waiting for their gc/packet and most of them got by 5:30pm including
us.
Just for info:
I had below docs with me in other folder, but wasn\'t asked..
1. Merrige card and photos
2. Tax returns
3. Pay stub
4. Company info
5. Copy of I 140 and labor approval
6. Old H1\'s and current H1.
7. Previous empl experience letters.
8. Bank statement and letter
9. Social Security Card
10. Educational records.
