I just got to see my 140 approval notice and wanted to share details about my Priority date...
I am the beneficiary of a labor substitution.
EB3 140/485/EAD/AP; Notice date: 5/20/2004
EAD AD: 7/27/04; AP AD: 7/30/04
140 AD: 12/7/2004
My 140 approval notice mentions my Priority date as March 15,2001 (date of original labor filing) and not May 20, 2004 (date of my 140 filing).
Does that mean that I will not be affected by the recent retrogression? Guess my 485 processing will move forward with the FP stage, right ?
Any thoughts/opinions, friends ?
