Hello All
I-485 was filed with the July/Aug 2007 deluge, supported by I-40 (EB-3) while a second I-140 (EB2) was pending. Second I-140 (EB2) was recently approved. Lawyer said no need to specifically forward the second approval to USCIS, in suport of the I-485 as, according to lawyer, receipt notice for the second I-140 was included in the AOS/485 submission and USCIS will already have notice of the approval of the second I-140.
Is the lawyer right?
