I am a consultant and we have offices all over the country and my job involves working at different offices. My company is trying to apply my i-140 with an approved labor from the CSC service area, however my future employement would fall under NSC. Although i am not working in the NSC area, would I be able to file for I-140 at NSC with an approved labor from CSC.
