I'm a software engineer, and my company offered me a unused labour certificate. However the certificate was granted for Marketing Executive.
Is there any chance that I can use the cert? If I change my job description to marketer would it be considered flaud? ( i think , yes). Besides, I had my own LC approved in 2000, and I was rejected at I-140 stage due to poor financial of the employer.
I think I might as well start PERM now with the true qualification and such. PERM won't take long time, will it?
I'd like to hear your opinion if I should *try* to use the approved LC or start my PERM. Thank you.
