My current situation is this. H1B expired 2005 working in EAD since.PD is Oct 2002 for a retrogressed country. Currently working on the 3rd EAD.In this situation is it possible to go for a substitute labor.United Nations and others I could not find many postings regarding this issue.Any help will be appreciated.
