Please advice me what I should do when I am planning to Apply for Subsitute Labor.My current position is like this, I am working work company(A) and my friends company(Company(B)) is able to apply for Subsitute-Labor on behalf of me in the catagory of Futher Employement....If any one of you can answers these below questions that will be great helpful.
1) One of my friends company agreed to apply for Subsitute-labor through their company by transfering Approved labor to my name, How much time will it takes to get the Labor approved on my name and when can I file concurrent (1-140/485)
2) I am asking that Employeer to apply for Greencard process as an Futher employee, Will there will be any probelm if I apply through Subsitute Labor.
3) My H1B1 6 years will be completing on MARCH 2004, so I want to speed up the process to get this labour done and employeer is planning to apply from Chicago which is very fast region, If I get Subsitute Labor on my name then I can apply for I-140/485 and get EAD in 3 months, If this is the case I can apply for my H1B1 extention and also work on EAD status where I am working. Will this works???
4) please let me know the process involved in the applying through Subsitute labor. Once my Subsitute-labor is cleared then when I apply for I-140 I cannot produce pay-stubs because I am not on company -B pay-role..Is that O.K...??? to get EAD??.
