I have quick qns. about submitting affidavit of birth for mother green card application.

Since her official birth record is unavailable, affidavit of birth is being submitted by elder sister.

Since her sister is only 5 years elder than my mother, is there concern with the following wording in the affidavit.

Can it be potential for RFE--> "how the elder sister-5yr elder than applicant be present at the time of her birth and have direct knowledge of her birth"

Did you have similar scenario while doing application for your parents? Pls. advice...
