My spouse went for an interview in New Delhi for immigrant visa and was told to submit additional documents with the passport to the nearest servicing center (VFS).
I was trying to track the passport and it gives this message "Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries."
What does this mean when it says call regional office for further queries. Should we be worried or they are still reviewing the additional documents which were submitted to them. Your kind help will be appreciated.
