Hi i Submitted only one set of G-325A with I-130 form assuming there was no need to again attach one with i-485 form. I mailed (i-485/i-130/I-765/I-131) package on 3rd April, 06.

Here is my time line;
RD – 4th April, 06
ND – 7th April, 06
Checks Cashed – 10th April, 06
NOA Received in mail - 11th April, 06 (notice of action for I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)
FP - 27th April, 06

I havent received any RFE notice yet, but to be on safer side should i again send them a G-325A set for I-485 form and avoid any processing delays incase they need one or just wait for RFE from them??

Thanks for your time.

Just my opinion here. Do NOT bother sending the forms. If they need it, they will send you RFE. My guess, it very likely depends on the officier dealing with your case. I haven't seen anyone received RFE is for G325A form. Mostly is birth certificate, medical letter, or something else more vital. Mine is for original birth certificate.
So don't worry about it.

If I'm wrong, welcome to correct me anytime.

If you decide to send it, I'm not even sure where you should send them. Missouri, Chicago or your DO? When I got my RFE I had to send the info to Missouri where they go over all the EAD stuff. Maybe the lack of that form will affect a different stage of the process.

Sending documents to the NBC without the RFE letter would be considered as unsolicited mail and will not make it to your case file. If i were you, i would wait to see if it is really needed. "Wont it delay my case?", you ask... yes, ofcourse your case would be put on hold till they get what they want, thats the punishment for not reading the instructions carefully ;) If USCIS is smart, they will make a copy of the G-325A from the I-130, if not, expect an RFE

Well... the next time pls read instructions carefully and do exactly what is asked. I agree that you are smart, but it is foolish to expect the same from USCIS ;)
