Sub. Labor PD

Hi,
Mine is Sub. labor with PD in 2000. I filed my 140 and 485 in 2004.
140 got approved. I saw some where in the forum that Original Labour's
PD is the PD for 1-485. But when i spoke to VSC, i asked what is my PD.
She said your PD is in 2004 and said thats what mentioned in 140. I had
a chance to see my 140 approval notice. It said PD in 2000.

What is the PD for 485s that used Sub. Labor? Can any one clarify or
any one got 485 approved based on original labor PD?

Usually PD is the day when LC is filed. and can't be the day when 140 or 485 filed.


I believe ppl who are using Sub-LC has same thing.

PD is also written on ur 140 apvl notice too.
if opt is saying to u don't believe it and don't panic.

read this following thread what happend when this person called/email and they told to file AR-11.

if ur 140 apvl says PD than don't worry. if u wish u may send ur 485 case status inquirey through attorney to USCIS and when u get back status letter its most possible ur PD should be written there, and if u see what u not expecting than use only ur attorney to correct / fix that issue.
