Hello Folks
I'm currently with a company A on my 6th year on H1B, which ends in a couple of months. Another company B has offered me a matching approved labor and mentioned they would file for H1B extension of 7th year, after filing the I-140 first and with the I-140 receipt notice.
Is it a safe to transfer to company B, considering I'm on my 6th year end.
Any issues anyone encountered while transferring H1B after a I-140 receipt notice?
Else I have to apply H1b extension (with my pending labor) with my current company A and go through the BEC process....
