I am in the Worst Situation .
Labor cleared for Employee A ,I-140(consular processing) cleared for Employee A but A never went for CP of I-1485 as His GC got processes by other means. B Myself filed I-140/I-485/ead etc using A's labor certifiction in NOV,2002 but no news till today(08/14/2003) .After lots of queries we came to know the original benificiary's (A's) I-140/Labor are in BOMBAY consulate (as A's I-140 was for Conular processing) and INS can't do anything until those papers come back from India.
Did anybody go through this situation or know anything about this kind of situation . Please suggest me what we can do speed this process.Its hanging since so long
