Sub Labor(EB2) to file I-485(Urgent advice??)

Hi Friends,
My friend's employer has agreed to give him sub labor(EB2) which has priority date in 2002 which matches with his skill set . This labor originally applied for master degree holder. my friend has actually bachelor's degree holder with 8 yrs of experience ( 6 yrs as of labor priority date) and he has couple of concerns

1) Is it oK use sub labor which was originally applied for masters degree for a person with bacheloers degree ??

2) will it create any problem at I-140 level ??

If you have a copy of the labor, please post all details;
1. Education requirement including major field of study.
2. Experience requirement
3. All points from section 15 in the labor.
4. Post everything in detail from Section 14.

Also post the exact qualificiations of your friend (degree received, major field of study, total experience that is relevant to the job being sought, number of year spent in school etc), and I can help you.
