Stuff for PP stamping

Hello Everyone:
Our I-485 was approved on March 14th and I am planning to go for PP stamping some time in couple of weeks. Could you please let me know what are the things that I need to take with me? I kind of know I need my PP, old EAD's , AP's and valid drivers license. Is there anything I need to take with me? I am planning to take th info pass appointment.

1. I-485 Approval Letter from USCIS
2. Passport
3. I-94
4. Old and current EAD's
5. Old and current AP's
6. 2 Passport Photos with your A# on back written in pencil
7. Valid Driver's License
8. Case Status Print out
9. Infopass Appointment Print out

I'm planning to go this Thursday for Stamping and already got Infopass appointment.

I have a question about I-94's. I have I-94 from initial entry. After that 2 h1b I-94's and one I-94 when I entered on AP. Do I need to take all or the latest?
I am thinking to be on safe side it is better to take all.
