Hi, all... I have a question for a friend of mine. He is an Iranian citizen who applied for a green card here (with his parents, long story), but was denied. His parents did get their greencards, though, and are coming here. He was, however, approved as a student to study in Canada, so he's going there. My question is, would he be able to visit them here eventually? I mean, I know that probably wouldn't be able to happen RIGHT away, but could he be given a visa to visit them someday? Thank you!!!
