Let me tell you about my situation. I'm a CS student on F-1 visa.
I'm in a 4+1 program which means I'm doing my bachelor and master together.
In this Dec. I'm graduating with my BS in CS and I have one more year for my Master, so I started to look for a sponsership. I want to know if I can continue with my MS degree if I get a sponsership and change my visa to H-1B? Master degree is only night classes which means I can work full time.
Is that something I can legally do?
