What are the chances for a 29/S/F to get a student visa for a master’s program in taxation. It is a 9-12 month program. How can I maximize my chances. My sponsor is my cousin in the U.S who is a citizen as well. She is providing an interest free loan, that I can re-pay at my convenience.

What kind of a sponsorship letter do I need from her?

where will you be applying from? that's very important. but in any case you need to prove significant ties to your home country. keep that in mind....good luck
