I am on a student visa studying in USA. I turn 21 next May 2005. My sister is US citizen and my parents are greencard holders. Which of the three below is best for me:

1. My citizen sister applies for my greencard now
2. My parents on greencard applies for my greencard now
3. My parents wait 5 years to become citizens and then apply for my greencard

And does any of above affect my current student visa or put me at risk to lose it??
Thanks

You do not say whether you are married or not. For the purposes of this answer, I will assume that you are not married. The fastest way to obtain a Green Card would be for your parent to file an I-130 for you now and naturalize as soon as it is possible to do so. The parent's naturalization will upgrade the filing and this way you will have the benefit of the earlier priority date. How long this will take depends on what country you are from and when your parents become eligible to naturalize.

Once the I-130 is filed, travel under the F-1 may become difficult since to some extent you have demonstrated an intent to immigrate.
