HI
I am student in Canada on a student permit.
I wish to apply for a Visitor Visa to the US from Canada
It has been more than a year since I came here.
I have got all the sponsorship papers from the US, but unfortunately I have earlier refusals for my US visa from India
(Although It is nt reflected in my passport as the older one has expired)
I would like to know if I need to declare about my past refusals when I apply for a visa
Hope some one might give me an advice.
Thanks

If the application for a visa requires you to delcare all visa refusals, then you must do so. Failure to do so will result in denial of visa and if issued, can result in cancellation of visas and a ban on all future visas.
