Stuck in Name Check? PLEASE READ !!

Guys and Gals,

I see a lot of immigrants suffering due to "Name Check" issues. At this time I am not sure if my case is stuck in Name Check but I have been keeping a close tab on a lot of threads that deal with Name Check issues. I have saved all these threads and have decided to post a link to these threads so people can read up on this issue, get informed and make the right decision. Hi Saras
Thanks a lot for posting those links. They were so useful.
My husband received FP notice last month and I didn't and when I called USCIS about that, they sent me a letter stating that my case was pending because of background check. After reading your post, I called the voice line and a lady said that they don't do it anymore and that I have to call USCIS directly. Could you please tell me what happened when you called the voice line? Also, what else could I do now?
