Stuck in fbi Name Check-pending I485

Hi Friends,

I am stuck in name check, have been waiting for I485 approval for years.
My priority date is EB3 October 2001. Receipt date for concurrent filing of I485 and I140 is October 2003. I 140 cleared, I am on my 3rd EAD and AP renewal.

Contacted congressional office, got to know that name check is pending.

Pls help, any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that man

I did my interview 2 years ago and the office told me that i was approved, I just need to wait until my security background check is done, he said it might take up to 2 weeks. That was 2 years ago and i'm still waiting.
