It's been crazy for the past couple of days - my husband went to Canada on 29th and thought his Advance Parole was valid because last time the officer wrote down 'till 02/2005' his AP (As we know now what it means!). Aslo he was told the validity would be extended till then. However, he had trouble getting in on the 30th.
We've been taking to the attorneys, local officers and would appreciate your input very much! What options do we have to get him in and keep his pending AOS?
