Struck in Canada ... PLease suggest ideas

I have masters in Computer Science, My job is in computer science, And all the documents are in order .... Still when I went to Toronto for my stamping, they said they need to do some 'Additional Processing' and will get back to me in 1-2 days. Its been 2 days.

Can anyone share their experience here. How long does this generally take...What can I do now (Just wait???)

Any Suggestions are welcome
