Strongly Recommend a book: for all filers

I would strongly recommend all self-petitioners to go to your local or university library and get this book: "immigration Procedures Handbook". This book is updated annually and a lot of immigration attorneys themselves refer to it. It explains in detail all the immigration filing guidlines which helped me a lot in my EB1 and GC process.

The newest version I can find is published in 1993.

Can you provide more information, like ISDN, for the latest version.
Thanks.

It is better if you can go to a Law School library.

The latest version of the book is usually available at the reserve section. Only really, really old versions are available for circulation.
