hello...my j2 visa has been rejected 5 times under 214(B) section which says i intend to be a potential immigrant...he said i will never come back to India, i dont have strong ties in india..
so what documents i require to prove my strong ties to India like family ties ,socal financial, job etc..
I am also a doctor so taking admission in an indian Post graduate course and requesting for a j2 visa for just 1/2 month to visit husband ,is going to help??
