stratford F1 visa help plzz

Hello, This is mega.I went to USA on h4 dependent on 2009 and
COS to F1 on Nov 2009.I came to India on Dec 2010 and went for visa stamping
at Chennai consulate gave me 221g blue rejection form indicating other:h4
visa application.As I am applying for Divorce in India,still I dont have any
document from court.Still one more quarter left with Startford
university,VA.My undergrad is B.Pharmacy in India.I dont have any valid
visa.What is the best I can do?I need F1 to complete remaining course in
Stratford Uni.VA.My SEVIS got terminated on Apr 2011.Please do help me.

The blue handout is given to the candidates & from whom additional documents are required. When you have the required documents, either from the petitioner, from you, or from both, you should submit all the requirements either in person on given days and given times to the Consulate or drop them off at the VFS drop box.
