Strategy for my case

Hello guys,

Need your opinion about my AC21 case:

I140 approved, I485>180days now. Working for new employer company B.

Pros:
- Company B is a big public traded company.

Cons:
- The job at company B isn't same as the one in the previous employer who sponsored my I140 petition.

- The salary at company B is 30% less than what's mentioned in I140.

My current strategy:
Continue looking for a new job which can provide "similar" job description and salary level.

Let's say I will get an offer from company C, which:
Pros:
- offers similar job title/description

Cons:
- small company (6 people) which hasn't been established long (about 1 year)
- Salary is still less than what's mentioned in I140

Should I take the offer?

I am in same path. contemplating taking the offer from company B with approx 25% less pay. But desc close. Company A on bench for 2 months. Did you get any help/suggestions/opinions when you made the switch to company B.

Did you consider cost of living stuff. Like SanJose-75K = Dallas-55K.

THe company C salary: is it any better than B. If its better then switching is probably the best for you.

If its worse, then Hmm! It goes like, nobody pays 100K if you do data entry. Less pay less resposibilities; more pay more responsibilities. In the end; if you get RFE or after GC approved you have to inform about your AC-21 and you have to convince them.

I've read many threads in this forum. Seems like salary is not that important and there have been successful cases where salary is 30% less. So what's left is the job title and description.

So if company C were to offer me a similar job, I'll probably switch to them, provided they are stable and financially strong enough.

The only good thing about company B is that it is a big company which BCIS should have not doubt in its financial strength.

What are you situations?

My situation. company B is BIG. Title is little different but the work/responsibilities is same. Its just a matter of wording.
