I thought it would be nice to post your experiences in labor certification process to give other people some guidance on how to plan theirs.
Issues like minimum job requirements, advertising, responding to NOFs, RIR Vs Non RIR in this economy, changing job profiles during LC approval, dealing with your company HR folks etc.
If people who are in their 140/485 stages (also those who are currently going thru LC) would be so kind as to write what worked and what didn't work in their LC process, I am sure it will save a lot of future applicants time and heartache in their own processing.
