Strange !!

Just spoke to IIO she said my case assigned to officer on 2/9/02, no rfe. I had called 3 weeks back ,that iio had said case not assigned. what is true? if the current info is correct then my case waiting to be adjudicated for more than 7 weeks(no rfe).

Try calling again in a week and see if IIO says the same thing

Quote the previous IIO\'s words when you talk to an IIO this time. IIOs are known to give misleading information.
