When I called up in the morning they said my second FP results are good and "uploaded" in their system. But... with my security checks they had computer system problem in that it was clear by FBI but not uploaded in their system!
When I called 15 minutes back she said ALL MY CHECKS INCLUDING SECURITY CHECKS are clear BUT... I have to wait till Oct. for Visa to be available!
Who knows on Monday they will say , my case APPOVED!!! I am an optimist and believer in Miracles!! I plan to sell my GC for $10M once I get it (like lawyers and employers that played part in selling my first LC approved on my name to substitute for some one else and then I filed PERM by myself
etc. ;-).. I have plans to even out all the things world has done to me for not having "Permanent US residency"!!
BTW - I have an info. pass on Monday morning so hope that the IO confirms the same!
