strange VSC for my case

my case is:
RD Jan 11 2002.
RFE June 2003 for medical and employment.
First FP Mar 2002.
Second FP Mar 2004.

One letter Vermont sent me in the middle of March indicates damn security check is not complete.
But today, senator's office told me Vermont indicated they sent another RFE to me on 2/27/04. While I never received it. And they never mentioned it on any letter after 2/27/04. Online message still says they received my response to the first RFE in July, 2003.
Is Vermont just sleeping then make up a random lie off the top of their head when people inquiries? These shameless people cares nothing but charging dry powders.

Any suggestions? I am sure the customer service is useless. Maybe it is time to ask lawyer to talk to the AILA liaison office.

I am not surprised at all. If Senator's officer said that you'll get RFE then you'll get RFE.

Not to scare you or anything, but it sometimes help if you always tell yourself that your approval is still 4-5 months away and you are NOT the lucky one! Alteast, that's how i console myself.

Coming back to the point, when the RFE is generated by an immigration officer, before a notification can be sent out it could take 20 days. That's what happened in my case. On March 11th, i got RFE and then the notifications were sent out /website was updated on April 2nd.

You already have been through 1 RFE and you probably know this.

You have already contacted Senator, let things take it's course and wait for the RFE, see what it is and reply to the RFE and hopefully you'll see an approval in 2 months.
That's my take on your case.
 
Oh.. i forgot to mention something else.

you can put in a Service Reqeust for the Notifications of RFE by calling the 800#. Just tell them that an immigration officer told you that RFE was generated on 2/27/04 and you haven't seen the notifications.

You have to lie. I already knew that on March 11th, however i never got any notifications so i called on March 26th to put the service request and on April 7th i got the RFE in hand.
