Strange update? Any thought?

Today I got an email from USCIS about my wife's EAD application which was actually approved in April. The message is as below
"On November 29, 2004, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

1) We didn't iniate any inquiry about the EAD or anything before, how could this happen?
2) Actually, this is about my wife's EAD application case which was already approved several months ago. So what they are trying to do?
I know there could be several LUD updates before something, good or bad, really happen. But as far as I know, all those updates should go to the 485 cases but not EAD or AP's. Does it mean anything?
If anyone experienced this before, please give me some clue. Thanks a lot.
 
Nope. Actually, we did nothing except the FP in Nov. 13th. It worries me a lil bit.
