Strange(Unknown) Situvation

Hi All,

My case has been sent to the consulate in India and I am waiting for the consulate interview. I just came to know about some strange situation involved in my case.

My H1B is with one company called "ABC Inc" which is a whole subsidiary of the company called "ABC Global Inc". Of course, both company names got the same address and the same management, HR etc.

Now I did not noticed till now, for unknown reasons, they have been running my pay stubs under "ABC Global Inc". And also, in the I-140, they mentioned that I am working for "ABC Global Inc". (Of course my I-140 is approved).

By the way, The GC is for a position with "ABC Global Inc".

WILL THE ABOVE SITUVATION QUESTIONABLE IN THE CONSULATE INTERVIEW??

Well the GC is for a future employment and has got nothing to do with the current employment. Hence if you are able to get the required documents from "ABC Global Inc" related to the CP interview I don't see any problem.
